New cinema documentary about food waste
Mottainai Kitchen premiered in cinemas in Japan in 2020.
Since then, the film has been shown in over 80 theaters in Japan and at
international film festivals.
The first organic beer made from surplus bread.

In 2018, inspired by an English recipe, we started brewing two types of waste beer in Vienna. Kornspitz and Semmel. Cheers!
